LONDON: Anyone who thought Paris Hilton wouldn’t be remembered 10 years from now shouldn’t put a bet on it.
Today, the celebrity socialite, heiress and reality TV star joined the ranks of Oscar Wilde and Stephen Hawking in the Oxford Dictionary Of Quotations.
The Sun online reports the 28-year-old won a shock place with her advice: “Dress cute wherever you go, life is too short to blend in.”
The quotes are among 20,000 new entries in the updated edition of the dictionary out today.
They include words from President Obama, scientist Stephen Hawking and late jazzman Humphrey Lyttelton.
The compilers even managed to find a new quote from Chinese philosopher Confucius, who lived 2000 years ago.
