The Pre-Admission Entry Test Forms for the admissions of the academic year- 2011, will be available from the Departments/Centers/Institutes/Colleges who have opted for the entry test for BS/ MA/ M. Sc or equivalent/ MS/ M. Phil/ M. Sc (Engg)/ Ph. D from 4th July, 2011 . The last date for the submission of Entry Test Forms to the respective Departments/Centers/Institutes/ Colleges is 12th July, 2011. During availability/ Submission of Entry Tests forms the Departments/ Centers/ Institutes/ Colleges will remain open on Saturday dated 09-07-2011. The Candidates for admission in 18 year education (after 16 Year education) will qualify Gat- General conducted by NTS by obtaining 50% Marks or above to become eligible for admission. The result of the Entry Test shall be available on Punjab University website www.pu.edu.pk as well as on the Notice Boards of the concerned Departments/Centers/ Institutes/Colleges on August 15, 2011. The Admission Notice for all the Departments/ Centers/ Institutes/ Colleges of the University of the Punjab shall be advertised through public notice after the announcement of the Entry Test result.

Clearance of Entry Test shall be mandatory for all the reserved seats without exception. Information about the venue for the test and all other relevant information regarding admission process shall be available with the respective Departments/ Centers/ Institutes/ Colleges of the University.

The candidates interested to take admissions in Evening/Replica Programs of different Departments / Centers/ Institutes/ Colleges of the University of the Punjab should also appear in these test.
